I work as a Communications Specialist in the Digivisio programme office, and my responsibilities include editing the programme newsletters, updating the website, maintaining the social media channels and planning communication content. In my opinion, the most rewarding part of Digivisio work is collaboration with higher education institutions.
When creating communication materials, my aim is to think about their impact and power to bring about societal change, which I think is absolutely vital in our Digivisio programme as well. Before I joined Digivisio, I was responsible for both the planning and practical production of strategic communication in the National Union of University Students in Finland. My experience also helps me understand programme communication as a whole, from strategic planning to the publication of social media content.
I believe that in the future, learning new things and complementing your personal competence will be part of everyone’s daily life. And best of all, higher education institutions are at the forefront of turning the future of learning into reality in Digivisio 2030 programme! Right now, I am dreaming of complementing my competence with training in graphic design.
