The objectives of the Digivisio 2030 plan of work for 2023 are strongly focused on the progress of the development work of the continuous and flexible learning tray, and the progress of the change work of higher education institutions. The programme’s 2023 action plan and budget were approved by the General Assembly on 22 November 2022.
The most important objectives for 2023 are the progress of the development and piloting of the tray in accordance with the release plan, and the initiation of planning for the next phase of the programme (2025–2028). The aim is to increase the capacity of higher education institutions to introduce the first version of the tray during the year. The Change Management Programme supports higher education institutions on their journey to change.
More detailed objectives and implementation plans have been prepared for the Digivisio 2030 programme until the end of 2024. The aim is to start planning the next phase of the programme this year. In 2023, the programme’s decision-making will reflect the consortium’s long-term objectives and organisational matters as well as the planning of the next phase of the programme (2025–2028) and the production phase of the Digivisio services.
“The development work of the continuous and flexible learning tray began last autumn. The most important priorities for next year are related to the progress of the development work, piloting and supporting the change journey of higher education institutions. At the beginning of the year, joint work will also be launched with the principals of higher education institutions, in which the Digivisio target scenario for 2030 will be specified and concretised. Another important objective for the year will be to resolve the long-term organisational model of the consortium”, sums up Programme Director Hanna Nordlund.
