Rauha Kiljunen-Ruotsalainen (M.Sc.) has been appointed the new lead of the communications and engagement team in the Digivisio 2030 programme. She started at Digivisio on 7 August 2023. The communications and engagement team makes the project work visible to different stakeholders and target groups, supports the project and Finnish higher education institutions in communications related to services and engages higher education institutions’ experts in development work. Kiljunen-Ruotsalainen has a diverse background and long experience in the work tasks, management and development of communications and marketing communications in companies, central government and organisations. She came to Digivisio from Stockmann.
Tiia Jokela (MBA) has been appointed communications specialist for the Digivisio 2030 programme. She started in this position on 25 September 2023. As a communications specialist, Jokela is responsible for the diverse content related to communications and events of Digivisio and their development and production in multiple channels, so that we can reach and address our different target audiences better. Jokela came to Digivisio from Lassila & Tikanoja. Jokela has accumulated solid expertise and experience in versatile communication tasks after working at Efora Oy among others.
Digivisio 2030 is a joint programme involving all Finnish HEIs whose aim is to create a future for learning that benefits HEIs, learners and our society. The programme aims to answer many questions of the future: the need to improve competence and enable continuous learning and the challenges posed by Finland’s competitiveness and skills shortage. One concrete objective of the programme is to develop a new kind of digital service in Finland, the continuous and flexible learning tray. The programme is progressing as planned and the first versions of the services are being piloted.
