I work as a Programme Director in Digivisio. I am responsible for ensuring that the project progresses towards the objectives jointly defined by the higher education institutions, and I manage the project office. My most important task is removing obstacles to the Digivisio team’s success, listening, making the big picture of Digivisio clearer, and keeping the project on track and in focus.
I have previously worked with the digital transformation in the health and social services sector and carried out various change and project management tasks. I have also worked as a researcher, which is why higher education, learning and evidence-based knowledge are close to my heart.
The best part of my work is versatility, challenges and the fact that I get to encounter top experts in fields ranging from pedagogy and law to ICT development, service design and communications. I enjoy problem solving, reconciling different perspectives and finding ways to move on together. For me, it is an honour to be involved in a project which aims for a major change and whose results will affect the lives of many Finns.
Change management and digital transformation are really interesting themes that always offer plenty of new things to learn. Most recently, I completed studies in solution-oriented and restorative mediation, and next I intend to advance my competence related to IT service production and management. Continuous learning has a strong presence in my work.
